ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All of our made-to-order frames are ready to ship in 3-5 business days, and currently take 4-8 business days to ship. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email.

WHAT IS PRINTED ON THE PACKAGE?

There is no financial information printed on our packaging and therefore our fine art prints make fantastic gifts.

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Accidents happen… on the rare occasion your print arrives to you damaged from transit, please immediately reach out to hello@larsonimaging.com with images of the frame and packaging it came in. We will gladly assist you with any quality beneath perfection.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you feel your order has been lost, or tracking notification indicates delivery, please reach out to us at hello@larsonimaging.com and we will join the search.

ARTWORK 

CAN I MAKE ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS TO THE FRAME FOR A SMALL FEE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any customizations at this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE FROM?

All of our frames are made from solid wood and hand-assembled for each piece right here in sunny Southern California.

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR HANGING HARDWARE?

All of our frames come ready to hang for easy hanging with wall buddies. Depending on your wall we recommend using screws for our smaller sizes and an anchor for our two largest sizes.

ARE YOUR PRINTS GLOSSY OR MATTE IN FINISH?

All our prints are printed on Epson Fine Art Printers using archival inks and acid free Matte art paper.

DO YOU USE GLASS OR ACRYLIC FOR YOUR FRAMED ART?

We use a sheet of high quality UV blocking acrylic for all of our fine art prints. No one likes receiving a box in the mail full of broken glass.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Each piece is custom printed, mounted and framed just for you so we are unable to accept returns. For the full shipping and return policy please click here.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PIECE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the framing process. Sorry!.
